Yes, your pets can share a space. The daily rate is still per dog.
You are welcome to bring anything that you would like from home although we do supply everything your pet will need.
Please do not bring water/food bowls (we supply these items)

Yes, as long as you arrange prior to your drop-off or pick-up and have arrange for payment it's no problem.
The best drop-off time is between 9:00am - 2:00pm. We close at 5:00pm, it's better for your pet and it's comfort to have enough time to get acquainted with the space and his/her neighbors before closing time.
If you didn't not schedule a bath before pick up then check-out time is by noon, otherwise we will give you a call after your pet has been bathed.
Yes, we do our activities as long as the weather is not too bad, otherwise we will cancel activities and you will NOT be charged for anything we were not able to do during the stay.
We recommend book holiday dates at least three months in advance.
